Nanorich VC Super Sonico Box

Does this mean a new review is coming? Well, yes and no. No because, I am unsure of my schedule this week and of when exactly I'll be able to write up the review. Even the actual photo shoot has yet to be completed. On the bright-side, yes because I aim to have the review up by this week. If everything goes according to plan, Part 1 of the review would actually be up by tomorrow.

Before that, I figured it would be a good opportunity to cover a little about the packaging/box of the new figure I'll be reviewing. If you've not seen it before, that's for good reason as this is a rather uncommon release by Griffon Enterprises as part of the Nanorich VS series. More on that in the coming review.

For now, here's a quick run through of what the box looks like. This will give you an idea of what to look for and avoid counterfeits, if you're ever in the market for this particular figure. As you can see, the front and back are pretty much the standard affair. The front with a large clear window to showcase Sonico and the back displaying the features and obligatory warning labels.

On one side of the box, we get a full body shot of Sonico in her Tiger Hoodie with the hood down and;

On the other side, with her hoodie up. I personally prefer this guise as those fluffy ears look really cute.

The top of the box uses the same exact artwork and layout as the front. No. 11 denotes the production series with there being 10 other Nanorich figures of different characters manufactured by Griffon prior.

We then come to the bottom of the box which is the most unique bit of them all. Located in a small red box, there's actually English instructions!

Not only that, it's also the vocabulary and grammar used are also spot on. None of that trademark Japanese Engrish here. It's quite a rare thing indeed to see on a Japanese product, what more a figure.

The full name of this figure is actually much longer than you might think! Excluding the manufacturer, it would be called the Nanorich VC Super Sonico ~SoniComi Yoroshiku Onegaishimasu~ Version which is quite a mouthful indeed. If you're still wondering what VC stands for, it's Voice Collection. That's because, the base actually has a speaker which speaks. Pretty neat isn't it?

More on that in the upcoming review. So, stay tuned for that. In the meantime, thanks so much for reading and I hope you have a great day ahead!
